We begin by identifying the #1 reason why clients get "stuck at gold" and how to avoid the 3 biggest mistakes when lightening hair.

We discuss the vital importance of underlying pigment + background tones to offer foolproof solutions on how to formulate for success at every level and tone of blonde.

The hands-on portion of this workshop is designed to take your skill set to the next level. We demonstrate multiple techniques for maximum blonding while maintaining depth. We explain purpose and placement and help clarify when to use which technique....ultimately giving your client #hairgoals.

At the very core of this class, you will learn the techniques needed to achieve today's high-demand looks along with the knowledge on how to formulate successfully.

We conclude the class with a demo of our favorite glossing and melting techniques.
