This is a two-day, in-person formulation intensive for stylists who know how to make color work and are ready to understand why it works and how to move when it doesn’t.

Inside my private studio, we slow everything down and look at how color actually works.

The chemistry.

The variables.

The decisions that lead to predictable outcomes.

This is not about learning formulas.
It’s about understanding systems.

You don’t leave memorizing more rules.
You leave knowing why they exist and how to break them.

THE 2 DAY EXPERIENCE

DAY ONE: UNDERSTANDING

Day One is about orientation.

This is where we slow everything down and dismantle assumptions.

We examine how color actually works, why formulas behave the way they do, and how small variables create big differences in outcome.

We run experiments.
We test ideas.
We look at cause and effect instead of rules.

This day is about learning how to think clearly, so decisions stop feeling fragile.

This is a focused, immersive experience designed to build understanding first, then integration.

DAY TWO:

INTEGRATION

Day Two is about application.

You’ll work on intentionally “problem” mannequins paired with clear inspiration images. Using what you learned on Day One, you’ll assess what’s in front of you, identify the variables at play, and formulate strategically toward the intended result.

The goal isn’t to chase a fix.
It’s to understand what’s happening well enough to choose the right next move.

This is hands-on learning, not hands-on copying.

You leave knowing how to formulate when the situation isn’t ideal or textbook because you understand the system beneath it.

How to Apply

The Lab is intentionally small and application based.

This experience is limited to six stylists to ensure depth, focus, and a strong working dynamic.

Because of that, all participants are selected through an application process.
